shadroch
Nexus Black and White #1. You can find sharp copies for under $50 and I think a movie is inevitable. Same with Epic Illustrated #3 for similar reasons. Toz, adampasz, Ken Aldred and 1 other

Popular Post Albert Thurgood
I just checked and most of the Barry Smith Conan issues above #1 can be got for under $50 in at least VG. Sometimes a LOT less - eg the copy below I got for 10c... The beautiful artwork and great stories in these really established the popularity of the character and set up the Sword & Sorcery and Conan industries for Marvel and other publishers. It's a shame they are so undervalued by collectors, but means that those who were too young to appreciate them at the time can get them and really enjoy what I consider one of the best comics ever. Edited January 28, 2021 by Albert Thurgood spelt out that "S&S" = "Sword & Sorcery", the genre made famous by RE Howard Toz, Joshua33, Namtak and 4 others

Yorick
Although it has been edited for "offensive content", Alan Moore's Miracleman was finally reprinted. I think the collector market of the Eclipse series took a hit, but I'm just happy to have some trade editions to read.

KCOComics
I've been putting together runs of 70s DC horror books. HOS and HOM. For the most part, they are under $50 raw in high grade. Some of the Bernie and Adam's covers go over and HOS92 is obviously an exception. Ken Aldred and 1950's war comics
