I shipped cards from Canada(my first submissions) and I have been watching the tracking. Today it was updated and it says available for pick up... is that normal? I assumed it would have been delivered right to them. Do they typically go to the post to get packages? Just looking for some info on this as I'm worried these will be sent back at my expense.

The "Available for Pickup" code is used for packages that the USPS is separating out for delivery to the CGC PO Box, which is on-site in our facility. Because there are so many packages coming in, the USPS is behind on scanning and delivering them to CGC. Please be patient, it will be delivered to CGC eventually.

I understand they do, but they’re just now getting out the last of the Thanksgiving greeting cards

Mailman on here complaining that the card queue was only two holidays when he started, now it's up to six holidays behind.

Hello,

1st time submitter, long time listener. For return shipping, I'm selecting USPS because it is insured. Is there a way to have someone sign for it upon arrival? I don't want them just sitting on my porch if I'm not around.
