We never pickup the mail as it is always delivered to us. The "Available for Pickup" code is used for packages that the USPS is separating out for delivery to the CGC PO Box, which is on-site in our facility. Because there are so many packages coming in, the USPS is behind on scanning and delivering them to CGC. Please be patient, it will be delivered to CGC eventually.
