Submission forms down??? 0

Title says it. Looks like all submission forms are down. I've tried on multiple PCs and Mobile but all of them throw the same error after the page tries to load unsuccessfully for a bit.

Same thing happened to me. It kept saying unable to retrieve accounts cart.

I just tried and it seems to be working for me just fine. Hmm - maybe clear cookies/cache?

I think this was a recurring issue, happened just last week I swear. 
 

Do what Oreo suggested and clear all cookies/cache and see if it helps. If not, send customer support an email and copy paste the error for reference. Most likely it’s something on their end.

Any idea when the submission site will be back up? I know they were doing updates. Seems like its been all day.
