Upgrade to Standard from Economy 0

Is it possible to upgrade from Economy to Standard to shave off the 4 month difference?

I wouldn't mind bumping up the $7 each due to the recent time slippages. 

Anyone know if this is possible?

I assume the package must be received before an upgrade can be made? Also, how long does it take to receive a walkthrough package? Mine was delivered on Monday morning and still hasn’t been received. Thanks!

I made this exact request about a week ago and I'm still waiting for it to reflect in my submissions.

If I have a submission containing standard cards as well as a bulk order, could I select individual cards (say 10) from the bulk order and pay to upgrade them to the standard order? Sorry if this is an easy one; I'm new to the game.

I think they only allow upgrades of the entire order. Feel like I remember seeing them mention that somewhere.
