CGC Received my bulk 1/29/2021 and it has not changed from received yet is this normal? Are my cards lost?

Its been 90 days (60) business days and at the time that was the turnaround time. 

Anyone else in the same boat?

For reference, I have an Economy order that was received 12/19 that has yet to even enter the grading stage yet..
