So.

I buy a new piece of art 
easy breezy.

The artist list it 
original pen and ink.

I receive the art
and there are no pencils 
only blue lines 
and there are only 3 strokes of inks
one in the pants one in the hair and one some in other place.

I Contact the rep
and he/she insist that is the original art in pen and ink.
I could tell you is not.
its a print  with some ink work on it.
and yes its the final printed work
 

So. how should I feel?

Or what I should do?

I wouldn’t t want that for my collection. I wonder did the artist detail in the description the sparse amount of actual “original” art in his listing?

If you feel deceived, even if it was unintentional  I recommend you return the art for a refund.

Be polite. Let him know that you expected a completed “original” art piece. That you would like to return it for a full refund. Protocol normally you pay to repack and ship and insure the art.

Your gut tells you this is not for you. So get this weight off your shoulders.

I am confused. Was there not an image of the art being purchased? Is it that different in person? I don't know the dealers side of the story but from what you've said, I would ask for a refund.
