I need help identify a signature on a promo comic 1 1

Ok I found this comic book in some old stuff of my moms and was wondering who signed this. Anyone know about this comic book or can tell who signed it?

Was about to say same thing. Looks like a dude in a suit at K-Mart signed it in character. When I was a kid, got some stuff signed by Wolverine.

It certainly does look that way. 

I wonder if it could be written by Stan. It looks like the signor was writing in an awkward position, standing maybe, pen held halfway up the barrel, but  given that possibility, there are a few elements of Stan's handwriting present.
