CGC/missing mail/insurance claim 0

Still trying to find my package which is stuck in USPS limbo, but pre-emptively asking advice since I’m a bit panicked over this. My graded cards were on their way back to me finally and it looks like my local post office lost them. They marked the package as “held at post office (requested by customer)” for reasons unbeknownst to me and now can’t find it at the PO - keep telling me “it must be on the truck for delivery today” (spoilers: it hasn’t been.)

in the event of a package lost in return shipping from CGC, what’s the process for reporting lost mail and claiming insurance? Do I work with CGC, the PO, or both?

Oh no! USPS Registered Mail is extremely secure. It should show up at some point. If not, please reach out to Customer Service.
