The fibulas on the legs on the cover of Batman are on the wrong side of the legs. The fibulas are supposed to be on the outside (lateral side in medical terms) not the inside as depicted on this cover. It took me years to take notice of this, but now I can't un-see it.

Read a story about lawyer goofs once-the defense attorney thought she had a gotcha when the doctor said on the stand he had never treated a tibula fracture.  Attorney was gloating and asking why such a renowned orthopedic surgeon had never dealt with a tibula the Dr replied because there is no such bone as a tibula.  XING!

CGC notes on this issue say "Minor Costume Change", but what was it? I've not been able to tell what got changed and had no idea about it until I saw it noted on the CGC label. (Image not mine).
