FC advertises "Your Favorite Tubby Comic Book", but the guts are an unknown edition of Pat The Brat. Inside FC and BC are blank. BC advertises National Dynamics Company out of Kentucky. Gotta be a regional giveaway, right? Cover is just stapled on over a remaindered issue, so there's that. Despite the 10 cent cover price I'm thinking "giveaway". Split and small tear upper spine, interior is okay, cream - offwhite pages. House ad for Little Archie 11 if that helps pin down which issue of Pat the Brat is inside. Asking $25 for the oddball.
