I had to run to Walmart this morning. I couldn't have been inside more than five minutes and I come out to some overweight cop writing a ticket for parking in a handicap space.  I say " Hey, give a fellow a break' and he keeps on writing. I ask him if he feels like a big man, hiding behind his sunglasses and badge, as he writes a second ticket for a bad inspection.  In for a penny, in for a pound I figure, so I insult his weight, his wife and his heritage. In return he writes three more tickets and puts them on the windshield . After the fifth ticket, he gets in my face and says the next words out of my mouth best be thank you or he'll arrest me.  I think about it, say thank you, and he gets in his car and drives away.  I go around the corner, get in my car and also drive off.
