What are the dimensions of table size vs the non tabloid sized issues?

Tabloid is about 11 by 16 inches and comic size Spirits are about 7 by 10 1/2 inches (about the same size as a golden age comic. see below)

The end of the run is a little more valuable than the middle.  The first issue is posted on the first page of this thread.

Thanx. I usually just see the comic sized ones. Maybe I’ve never seen the tabloids cause at that size I guess dealers don’t bring them to shows as much. I know the first issue. It was included in Jukes Feiffers coffee table book back in the sixties. It was one of the most important events in comics!. A very early acceptance or interest in funny books in popular culture. and the Spirits first story was included. A few pages anyway.

I no longer have any large Sunday sections. I kept them in a flat file when I had them but they were just to much of a hassle to enjoy. I do have a number of the Spirit sections. They were designed to fold down to comic book size and are usually found that way. Awesome books.

I only have one, and it's comic-book sized. It's one of my widest GA books, but I think it would fit in a GA holder (barely).

Do you know whether every issue exists in both formats, or are there some issues that only exist as one or the other?

The Spirit story in the Jules Feiffer book is from the July 20, 1941 insert, not the origin story. I discovered that book in a library when I was a kid. It was great!

The large size only exist from 1945 if I remember well, the one I have are 1947-1949 from a Philadelphia newspaper.

I also have about a 100 of the black and white reprints Eisner republished along with short essays on the individual sections. They came out sometime in the 70s I believe. Maybe I'll dig them out someday for pics.

I have a set of black and white reprints that start with the first Spirit section.  They are from the Detroit Free Press, I think.

Here are two of the 1970s reprints I mentioned in an earlier post. They measure smaller than a current-size comic book and contain only the Spirit stories (no Lady Luck, etc). They are unstapled and the last page is a brief recollection by Eisner on the preceding story.

The issues I have reprint the run from June 2, 1940 to March 9, 1941.
