Update on books 0

I have fast track submissions from October and they're still at CCS with no update. 3951429, 3951742, 3951743 are there submission numbers and I just would like to know when I can expect the books to be pressed and graded it's been past the time that it shows for the 180 days. It was 150 last year but seems to have moved up and I just would like some kind of answer on when I can expect them. Thank you.

Hello,

Thank you for your question. Currently it looks like your three submissions have been in house for about 95 business days. We base all of our turn around times off of business/working days instead of week days. Also our turn around times do fluctuate based on what we have in house at any one time.

To give you some idea 180 business days puts you at about the end of June to the beginning of July to finish pressing depending on when it was delivered to our facility.

I had an order for one book that was Economy Fast Track that was sent 06/03/21 and it just moved to grading last month. 

So just to give you an idea of how long CCS is taking.

Waiting over a year for books to get back is incredible.
