Marvel 1 indicia and & Marvel 2 indicia. Interesting that a) the printers changed from NJ to NY, b) Funnies Inc not mentioned in the #2 and c) adding the "Mystery" on the #2. Was it dissatisfaction with the way #1 was handled that lead to changes?

Marvel #1 was fraught with printing problems - offset covers; miss cuts etc so to that end it shouldn't be a surprise that the printer was changed.  What's interesting is that the new printer was located in Buffalo.  Goodman must have secured a very good deal with that printer for him to go all the way to Buffalo.

The cover logos for the first 3 issues were all unique.  Issue 3 onward bore the logo that would continue to the end of the series.

There are lots of changes to the indica...

I might be mis-remembering this but there might have been some concern with #1 looking too much like a pulp and there being a desire to ensure that it looked like a comic going forward.  Although with almost 900,000 copies of #1 printed and presumably sold - was there really a need?  Perhaps the word "Mystery" as added to spice up the otherwise bland "Marvel Comics" - who knows?

For anyone that has a November copy of #1 - does the indica read "Oct., 1939" or was it changed to Nov to match the new date on the cover?

Yes, NJ printer was terrible for Marvel 1, so Goodman picked a publisher out of Buffalo, NY on Lord Street. Then around early 1940 (starting with Marvel Mystery 7 time frame), he moved publishers again to Meriden, CT which is where all the Timelys were printed up through the late 1940s (I believe).

Goodman was in love with his Red Circle Pulps, so likely decided to use the Marvel Mystery title idea from his pulp empire.

Rumor has it that a new after-market fourth party slab stick-on verification label has been designed for best looking class of book: BBM (Bedrock Breathless Mint)

It is just a rumor.
