Radio Craft Magazine - 13 Alex Schomburg WWII covers!

Radio Craft was a magazine produced during WWII promoting new technology used in battle. It was published by Hugo Gernsback AKA the father of science fiction who coined the term in 1929 and who also published the very first science fiction magazine - Amazing Stories. These airbrushed books are a very affordable way to own Schomburg WWII covers!

Rules: No HOS or probies. Payment by Paypal. No returns so please ask any questions before committing to buy.

I originally bought this collection raw without bags and will do my best to protect them surrounded with cardboard and at least one large bag holding all the books. Will be shipped in a USPS Priority mail box with tracking.

Price: I'd like to sell the entire 13 Schomburg covers as one lot. $75 which includes shipping in the U.S. - that's less than $6 per WWII Schomburg cover!

I've tried to describe the magazines as best I could. They are all in very good condition to fine condition.

1 - Jan 1944 - Soldiers in battle. Top wear, pencil on cover in title, spine wear

2 - Feb 1944 - Soldiers with anti-aircraft guns. Top and right edge wear, bottom tear and wear, wear on spine

3. April 1944. Plane and torpedoes.  Top and bottom left corner wear.

4. May 1944. Soldiers storming the beach. Subscription crease. Bottom right corner damage.

5. June 1944. Planes with defense system. Subscription crease.

6. Aug 1944 - Soldiers riding jeep into battle. Slight roll, bottom rear cover wear, subscription crease

7. Jan 1945. Robot signal generators. Subscription crease. Wear on corners and small split on bottom spine.

8. Feb 1945 - Aircraft landing. Subscription crease, slight spine roll, front right corner crease and wear

9. March 1945 - Dogfight. Front right bottom corner crease, spine wear

10.  April 1945 - Robot tank in battle. Subscription crease, lower right corner wear.

11. Aug 1945. Robot planes. Light General wear.

12. Sept 1945. Robot flametanks. Subscription crease. Wear on corners.

13. Dec 1945. German radar equipment.  Wavy pages from exposure to water.

Weird! So, the Dec 1945 issue with the radar operator guy. Is that his reflection or another guy on the other side? I assumed it was a reflection but if so it's wrong. But also there is that other floating hand so it might just be a few guys on the other side. BUT if that's the case I think he could have made it more obvious by not having that guy in such a similar position! haha. In any case, sweet bunch of books and covers.

Great question - I'm thinking it is glass as the person on the other side is not wearing headgear and there is an additional hand there as well.
