Stress marks along the spine.

Front cover: Damage on top & bottom left corners. Edge stress along right edge. Abrasion on top edge.

Back cover: Small chip on bottom edge. Stain on bottom edge near spine.

I say 5.5-6.0. Also, you take incredible photos, only if I could take photos as good!

Thanks for the comment about the photos. I am trying to provide as much detail as I can so I can get a feel for how much my comics are worth. I have reached the age where I am liquidating my collection and this forum has provided a lot of useful feedback as to whether or not I will be sending some key issues off to be graded before being sold.

I recently got back my X-men 94 from CGC and it looks very much like yours.  It was graded a 5.5
