I've seen graded 9.8's with corners not near as sharp. 9.6 is certain but your odds of a 9.8 is very probable considering the overall condition and presentation. A very experienced presser may be able to minimize the bottom left corner of the fc a bit, but not sure if its worth the risk of further damage to such a sharp, bright, book.
