Good looking comic.  I'm going to say 8.0 - 8.5.  Maybe even 9.0 with a press & clean

I also see 8.5 potential, maybe even a tad higher. Spine is very clean, corners clean and no creasing. At CGC these days, for Silver Age, that seems to automatically put you in 8.0-9.0 range. The pictures are not the best overall so it is hard to say as there might be some flaws in hand that bump it down or it might appear cleaner in hand which could see a higher grade.
