A good presser could likely get that spine aligned for you, and it would present better. But maybe CGC doesn't treat a mis-wrap too harshly, and pressing is money spent to gain no grade bump. I don't think it does anything, I'd assume it's ignored since it's production related. Here's the highest Kang I could find, but it's ok in 9.8 too.
