Upgraded my membership to Elite..how do I use my $150 credit? 2 2

I upgraded to Elite membership and I get $150 credit. How do I use that? When I put in my payment info in for my last order, I didn't see anyplace to use a credit?

Hello!

The online form is not a live form and as a result, no charges are processed until your order is received in our facility. Any available membership credits will be applied automatically prior to processing the charge. The Membership Credit is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.  They will automatically apply to any regular CGC fees as they are incurred until the credits are used up or expire.

I have the same issue. I am a Premium member with my first submission. I have been sent an invoice for the full amount with no sign of credits. I'm in the UK. When/How will this be processed with the credits?
