American Entertainment: A piece of nostalgia 0

Gotta handful of these after I placed an order for mostly ASM #1 (McFarlane) variants back in the day. Back then, I couldn't get variants from my LCS. I had to order by mail with a check and they'd send me monopoly money in return.

 

Gonna press it and get it slabbed (kidding). 

 

Not sure how many people remember them.

Bought from them a few times in the 90s.  One or two send away items that I couldn’t get in the U.K., and a few new comics at the same time.  Received them in very nice condition.

A big presence in ads during the early-to-mid 90s new comic speculator boom.

[F For Fake]

I wish I still had all of those old American Entertainment/Entertainment This Month catalogs, I was always so excited when they showed up. It was absolutely the zenith of 90's gimmick boom, but still a lot of warm fuzzy nostalgia for those times.
