Took this book out to read and when I finished, laid it down on the back of the self-adhesive bag I put it in   I remember trying to lightly pry it off but when I realized it was really stuck I just yanked it off in anger.  Lesson learned, no longer use self-adhesive bags.

I did this one a couple years ago while switching over books to Mylars.  I got complacent, and here's the result.  It was a nice book, but at least it's in about the best possible spot for this cover.

I didn't immediately look at the 2nd pic and finding the tape pull was like finding Waldo.
