I submitted mine in person for this at a show, and the CGC guy helped me put my books in those bags.  It wasn't optional.

With all I've seen so far, I'm dreading seeing them come back with all of the goofy colors and sloppy signatures and book damage.

It could be a lot of people are sending in their own slabs for CGC to crack out for the signing, and if so, CGC has to window bag it for us, so therefore it would be in a "CGC Window Bag!" :cheers:
