I held a beautiful copy of that book once years ago when a local LCS owner (long since passed) added it to his collection. I will never forget how striking that O’Mealia cover was seeing it the first time in hand. Still love that book

ACTION COMICS 21
Coverless complete. Outer fold is loose, with a couple small pieces of tape on the spine. CF is also loose, with a 
bit of wear and chipping along the outer and lower edge of the first leaf. Corner off upper RH page 1, see scan.
No art affected, takes a piece out of the upper corner next to the logo on the first story page. 
Small piece out last leaf lower edge, just barely brushes the art.

GPA had a coverless from January 2022 at $300

Technically solid, but I suspect the RH edge of the FC has been trimmed, and you can see the soiling FC.  Staples
rusty with some migration lower one, chip out lower edge BC. Large light dogears upper LH BC. General wear. 
Flat and tight, white pages.
If it doesn't sell here I'll send it out for a press and a cleaning.
