pics are a little fuzzy. I stared at some of the questionable spots for a while. I think there's a little tear or something in the BRFC? The other corner is dinged a little, and the TL edge appears to have some fading or other discoloration in the green. I think you're highlighting a little water stain on an inside page? I wouldn't be too concerned about a single inner page with a water spot With the huge caveat that my GA grades are always off, 7.5±0.5. It's a nice looking book and would likely get a little bump since it's 70 years old.

It is hard to see detail with the pics. I'd say roundabouts 7.0.

Look like ink transfer on BC.  It has a stain and some tiny missing pieces on one edge.   Looks like that book was read few times but never again for many years.

It's tough to tell from those pictures but I have a strong feeling that your book may be FN or better,
