Mars76
I'm curious to see what you guys think this will grade at. I have a grade in mind but the problems with the corners and the tics on the back spine are giving me a hard time in pinning down a grade. All feedback is appreciated. scburdet
7.5/8.0 Those creases on the corners are small but apparent. I've heard this is one of those books they can treat a little more harshly than average. Mars76

This one and a few other books were shipped out on Friday to CGC so I'm unable to post close ups of the back. They all looked to be manufacturer tears. LowGradeBronze
My instinct is 7.5 to 8.0Â
Nschenks
I'd say 8.5--corners are gnarly but the book looks great otherwise. Mars76

FoggyNelson
I think we are looking at a 8.0 with this ASM 252🫡 Mars76
Mars76
I had this at a 9.0-9.2, so I'm very pleased with the grade. Looks like they didn't hit the book for the production tears. I'll post pics once I have books in hand. Â No graders notes. This book and my Cocaine Comix #3 came back a couple grades higher than I was expecting. scburdet
scburdet
Is that a bindery tear on the TLFC? That's where mine is. Similar in size, yours is sitting more flush with the cover if that's what it is

There's a couple graded 9.4's on MCS with the same defect. scburdet

arDeaton
I just spent a good hour looking at examples of this book in the grades everyone is suggesting(7.5-8.5) I'd have to agree with the majority on this, I think youre looking at a 8.0. p.s. I never looked this book up before until now and man there are a lot on the census (18953 currently).

Those corners do look wonkey but it's all manufacturing related. Congrats!

At best this should be a 9.2 with those issues. Sadly, a great example of "buy the book, not the grade"
