Turnaround time 1 1

I submitted my first book Standard tier, the turnaround time was 15 days when it was recieved (3/1). Now the turnaround time has gone down to 10 days but my book is still in G/E/I since (3/6). Is this normal?

I have a book in since 10/2022 and its still stuck in grading.

Hello, This is a magazine standard that has a much different turnaround time in-house. It does however look like this is running behind its 60 business day estimated turnaround time. I have asked our team to have this located and finished up through encapsulation. Thank you for your patience!
