Forgot to initial box for signing 1 1

So... Went on CGC autopilot and forgot to initial box for the Artgerm signing before dropping it off at the post office.  Since deadline isn't until May 12th and box should arrive by the end of the week via USPS flat rate.  It should be ok even with the sorting delay right? Right?

Hello! Thanks for reaching out. We like to give an average timeframe of 10-20 days for normal intake processes, and this is being generous in case we get extra busy. I would say that you have plenty of time to be received before the signing event!

I likewise realize I forgot to initial the outside of a box delivered on May 3rd. What will happen to this submission when/if It isn't accepted for the signing event? This book needed a reholder anyway, would there be a way for me to get the servicing changed if it doesn't make it?

If you sent in a slab for the the signing, CGC will crack the book out of the old slab in order for it to be signed, and then it will be recased in a newer holder for you.

Thanks, the book is there but its not "in the system" yet and this is the last day for submissions, do you know if it will be included in the signing even if it isn't "scanned in" until next week?

Thank you for contacting us. Submissions only need to be delivered to our office before the signing, not received into our system, by the cutoff date to qualify for this signing. Because this was delivered before the cutoff this will be accepted. Please note, we are still working on receiving all the submissions for this event.
