Pre-Screen Question about Grade. 1 1

So, Dunno if if this particular question has been answered (I did look).  I understand if you put in for a grade of 9.8 anything under that doesn't get slabbed.  But what if they are above that?  Say you happen to be smiled down on by the Comic Spirits and get 9.9 or dare I say...10.  Do they go ahead and slab those or turn them away to.  I am assuming the answer is yes they slab them but I wanted to be sure before I submit all these MMPR Helmet Covers.

The answer is yes.  I've submitted at pre-screen levels of 9.4 and 9.6 and received 9.8s in each order.  It's just an estimated minimum, not a specific target.

Pre-screen is the minimum grade you will approve being encapsulated.
