7.0/7.5 as is. Back is dirty, but it kind of looks like it could be ink transfer, so IDK if it would come off. Some dents and whatnot. Maybe clean/press to 8.0/8.5

7.5 OW to W; The light dirt on the edges of the BC will come off with a white gum eraser. Assuming you don't know that, Pentel makes a nice pencil-sized one, that one can easily manage a very light cleaning with a little practice. Practice cleaning a book that has very little meaning to you first. You may even bring it up to a solid 8.0, although the light corner wear and creases might limit it at 7.5.

* Even though the dirt shouldn't affect the grade, you'll appreciate the difference.

The overall condition puts it in the VF neighborhood due to the corners.  So using 8.0 as a starting point, the back cover corner crease puts it to 7.5 and the generally dirty appearance to 7.0.  But it might clean up to 7.5.
