I'm heading to Windy City again this year, if your'e all GOOD boys and girls I'll set out a con report and some pix.
Seems like I always find some surprises tucked away at that show, and come home with some great items.

I'll be bringing roughly 1,000 pulps for sale with me to this year's Windy City Pulp and Paper Convention (April 21-23, 2023 at the Westin Lombard Yorktown Center). Among them will be this one -- a gorgeous copy of the February 1936 issue of Spicy Mystery, with a classic H.J. Ward cover. I'll hope to see some of you there!

The Friday and Saturday night auctions at the upcoming Windy City Pulp and Paper Convention (April 21-23, 2023 at the Westin Lombard Yorktown Center) will feature many beautiful issues of Weird Tales (among many other choice items). Here's one of them, Weird Tales October 1928.

Looking forward to going to Windy City again this year. I'll be getting in Friday afternoon and will be there through Saturday night so hope to see fellow boardies there and pick up some cool books 

My favorite pickup from last year was the cover proof to Avon Fantasy Reader #5 & #6 from the Weinberg estate. Such coolness is rampant at the show and I hope to find another singular gem!

Fun show with good conversations with old school dealers like Ray Walsh, John Hauser, Bill Thade, Brian Bohnett and The Rat Bastards, Michelle Nolan, etc etc.

I wouldn't sell pulps anywhere other than Heritage at the moment, unless more knowledgeable collectors can confirm that the same prices are being replicated elsewhere.

Well, I found a lot of great comics, pulps and paperbacks over the weekend. The highly sought after comics and pulps were, for the most part, aggressively priced, but the lower-tiered stuff I like to collect was available throughout the room at very reasonable prices.
