Grading an altered page from a book 0

I have been looking to expand my collection with some alternative items and would like to use removed comic pages for this venture. Currently CGC will slab a single page with the PG designation and even encapsulate under the Signature Series Labels as shown:

My question is just how far can I push this? Using Jim Lee's X-Men run as an example can I remove a page, cover part of it with blank newsprint, then have a remarque done over it? This would be done with the intent of encapsulation of course.

Would there be any restrictions on my purposed shenanigans?
