I've enjoyed this show over the last few years. Tons of vendors, good mix of items for sale, fun panels / kids activities, and decent guest list.

I am going to have four booths full of everything from dollar dollar books; hundreds of high grade  Bronze M & DC- some graded but most raw; , over 2000  $10-100 books, quite a few keys; and around 24 long boxes of $2-5 M & DC books. that are full of great books. Hope to see some of you there. Always willing to make deals!

Jim Lee will have a CGC rep with him at his table. Does anyone know how that works? Do we have his CGC rep crack open the slab of a graded book and then have him sign it?

At Megacon CGC stationed witnesses at all the popular comic creators so they didn’t have to keep sending one over. You still had to go to CGC’s actual booth to get a book cracked, tho. There’s two kinds of CGC employees at cons, facilitators who crack books, do paperwork, etc and the witnesses who seem to exist to just stand there and scribble that they “saw” your book be signed. Can’t really know what the process will be for Lee unless we know if he’s going to be with a full fledged facilitator group (like some guys are) or just arranged to have a witness there at all times.

Is it possible, if one wanted to wait in a long line, to just walk up to a creator like Jim Lee and get just one book autographed at no charge? Or is it all just big money for a witness, and a special label slab?

Looks like one item of your choice, without CGC involvement, will run $50.00.

Is he even going to be at a table? He’s just there Saturday, and I’m pretty sure it’s just for his panel and anybody who buys one of the ‘experience’ packages. Don’t think he’ll be on the floor.

And I heard the packages at Baltimore last year were messy, so even that’s not a guarantee.
