Slabs are Separating

I went to move these 2 books today and noticed the slabs are separating. These 2 books had been processed together on the same submission. (No other books on that submission). Are these eligible for ME since they had been done in December 2022?

These would need to be sent through the paid reholder service as these are far outside the 14-day timeframe to report damages or issues. I am sorry for the inconvenience.
