Unable to contact CGC London via Email 1 1

I'm new to CGC and wanted to submit a few books to be put into new cases. I'm from the UK and saw that I needed to make an appointment with the London Office and could do so via email. However I keep getting the same error, any help would be appreciated.

This is a delivery failure notification message indicating that
an email you addressed to email address :

could not be delivered. The problem appears to be :

That is strange. Thank you for letting us know of the issue! For now, could you please send this email to our US office email at submissions@cgccomics.com? Once we receive this, we will be able to transfer this to the UK email inbox without losing your place in the email line. I am sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. Does CGC London office go to conventions in Europe or do they have facilitators attend? Thanks.

Our London office does attend some conventions and these are listed on our Events page. We do have some facilitators that attend as well.
