You can post clearer pictures of the front and back cover in the "spare a grade section" to understand the grade. 

Then people can give you a better estimate of value. 

ASM300 can be valuables in high grade,  but there are lots of copies,  so as the grade drops,  the value drops dramatically. $200 might be a steal or it might be way too much. It all depends on the grade. And with grading,  the smallest details matter. Tiny spine tics can be the difference in hundreds of dollars. 

This all assumes no restoration. Which is a different can of worms. 

 it's an important book and no matter the value,  I hope you enjoy it.

Count the pages, if you have 37 pages it's an extremely rare variant worth tens of thousands of dollars.

I like the cover (and interior story) of the UK Sider-Man 300 with its subtle changes from Amazing Spider-Man 181.
