Grade is in! PGM New Mutants #98 2 2

Hi gang - picked up this NM 98 for a really good price. I know it has a few flaws and was wondering what you might think.
Specifically, there is a printer error in the comic code upper left-hand corner. It appears to be a factory ink smear. Also, there is a dent in the back that I feel could be pressed out.
I plan to clean and press the book if it is worth it.

Thoughts on the grade? Thanks!

depending on if they call that a printer's error on the FC, I'd say 9.2-9.6

I have examined the smudge to the best of my abilities. I even took a magnifying glass to it. It does appear to be part of the printing process, but I am unsure what CGC would say.

≥9.2 the CCA box looks like an ink smear, however, you'd want to see other copies with the same thing to be sure it would be classified as a printing defect. My short, unthorough look did not find any.

9.4 - 4x

9.6 - 1x

Really depends on how the smudge is judged on the front cover -- nice book!
