I have a similar issue but not with an older book. I sent in an 30 anniversary Adam Hughes cover for signature. They graded it a 9.8 and as they’re sealing it on the inner plastic container they tore the corner and even left it on there. They left it a 9.8 which clear it’s no longer that

Please send us an email at submissions@cgccomics.com to report this book as damaged and receive the instructions to have this returned for review. Please send a photo of the damage and a photo of the entire front of the case with the label and book visible so we can better assist you in having this returned. Let us know if you have any other questions.
