PGM Amazin Spider-Man #212 1 1

I just got this in the mail today, am thinking this one is for sure a high grade.  It is bagged in thick mylar with a transparent solid backer.

I am going to send it in for Grading next month when I finally send in my first batch. Am almost afraid to take it out of the bag.

The book cover has no marks or dings or color flaws, I scanned it while it is still in the bag.

Can't grade books in bags. Hides too much

I should take it out of the bag at least once before sending it in.  Just to make sure it is not fake.
