KDunlap Posted September 1, 2023 Share Posted September 1, 2023 Hello Everyone, I was just going through my collection and have a good bit 9.5 CGC graded cards with the old label. I remember a while back there was talk that the 9.5s can be resubmitted to get the 10 label. I was wondering how would I go about getting that done? Do I just submit them as re-holder and when they show-up the grader will know it is should be re-labeled as a 10, or what is the way to get this accomplished? If you want to reholder your 9.5 Gem Mint and have the cards updated to the new grading scale with a grade of 10 Gem Mint and the new black label, you simply need to submit the cards for reholder service. Just at that higher rate? Yes, you can still send in cards previously graded Gem Mint 9.5 for reholder as Gem Mint 10 in the new CGC Cards black label. The $5 discounted ReHolder fee ended October 31, so these reholders will be at the regular $10 per card fee (for cards valued up to $10,000). Can you clarify how to properly mark a submission that is only for ReHolder service? I know Walkthrough is WK or Express is EX. Only the Walkthrough and Express tiers require this. Please just include the submission form in the box with your cards, and it will be processed as a reholder once received at our facilities. You will need to fill out the online submission form at https://www.cgccards.com/orderform/ and choose the "ReHolder " service selection! The online submission form will walk you through step-by-step until the packing slip is completed and you can print it out.
