CSG + COMC Inquiry 1 1

Hello,

Do the cards you buy on COMC and submit to CSG get shipped out or are there CSG hired employees working on site. Also, since these cards are sent to get graded before the buyer can inspect them closely, does CSG clean off dust or any surface fingerprints etc that might be present before slabbing? Thanks.

Hello, sorry for the delay. All cards are shipped to our location in Florida. We do not "clean" cards; however, all graders are equipped with a microfibre cloth to wipe down the surface of cards.

Does this mean graders wipe down cards as a standard policy before grading?

Hello @northkorea, our graders do not wipe down cards as policy, only as a courtesy. If they see an obvious fingerprint, for example, they may wipe the card in an attempt for the card to present better (and possibly help the grade).
