Where did my WIP Submission form? 1 1

I was in the progress of completing my submission form and now it seems to be gone? I would hate to start from scratch.  Lmk.  Thanks

Hello,

During to merger of the submission forms that happened this week, any submissions that had not been completed before the 11th were removed from custom accounts. This is because the new form is now live and we would not be able to transfer all the cards from the old submission form to the new one for processing. I am sorry for the inconvenience this may cause. We thank you for understanding.
