UV Coating on CGC slabs? 1 1

The title kind of says it.  Does anybody know if CGC slabs use UV protection at all in their slabs.  I think Beckett did (does?) and PSA/SGC does not.  One Touch Magnetics of course have some UV protection as well.

We do not offer UV protection on (or in the design of) our slabs. I am sorry for any confusion this has caused. Let us know if you have any other questions.

No confusion, just a curiosity.  Not having UV protection seems to be the norm across all the major graders.  Might be something which can be a nice feature in the future especially on autographed cards.  Don't know if would lessen the beautiful clarity CGC slabs have now though.

All acrylics have some degree of UV absorption by design of the plastic itself.
