Grade bump on the (legacy) submision? 1 1

I was looking up my last submission and see that many of the cards have a higher grade than on my actual cards. Many of  my 9.5 grades now show as Gem Mint 10. Curious if I were to re submit these particular cards would they receive the grades as shown on my (legacy) submission?

Thank you for reaching out to us. Great question! You can submit your Gem Mint 9.5 cards for reholder, and the cards will receive the new black CGC Cards label and be updated to the Gem Mint 10 per the updated grading scale. Reholder service is discounted to $5.00 per card (valued up to $10,000) until September 30, 2023. 

Please note that any subgrades will be removed, as CGC Cards no longer offer subgrade service.

I thought this was bumped to the end of October, per a CGC email?

Hell, the reholder special has been extended through October. The discounted reholder fee will apply to any orders created before October 31st and delivered to our facilities before November 20th, 2023.
