It is the total turnaround time we look at for when submissions will be completed. You can review our current estimated turnaround times HERE. We thank you for your patience. Administrator KaileeS CS Posted September 28, 2023 Administrator Share Posted September 28, 2023 Hello @zoom12324, after the maintenance 2 weeks ago, you need to go to the legacy portion of your submission tracking in order to see the active submission status. To do this, click on the phrase that says "If any of your recent trading card submissions are not listed here, 'click here". That will take you to the submission status of any orders processed in our previous software. Please let us know if you need help with anything else. Thank you!
