Are these extended turnaround times permanent? 1 1

We're used to getting our submissions in half the time the turnaround states.

Please address this. The only responses we've received are "We're backed up", "The hurricane affected everything", and "We were closed for Labor Day".

If they're permanent, just plase let us know so we can plan around it without feeling angry or annoyed.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Our estimated turnaround times are updated weekly, so I would never consider them permanent. We always strive to process and return cards as quickly as possible. However, a variety of factors can affect turnaround time.

In general, unexpected events like the recent hurricane and holiday closures, can result in short-term increases. However, submission volume is a major factor, and this fluctuates throughout the year. Factors like an increased number of conventions and shows during summer and fall or customers rushing to submit their collectibles before the holidays can significantly affect the incoming volume. 

We appreciate your patience and will continue to do our best to provide updates on the turnaround time. Please remember individual submission times can still vary, and the posted times represent our best estimate but are not guaranteed.
