PGM Giant-Size X-Men 1 - Grade is in! 2 2

Sending this one (2 of 5) to CGC for grading along with a few other Bronze keys that I will also post here. Trying to figure out the grade and how much they will cost me to slab. Still need to send them for a clean and press. I purchased these off the rack as a teen. Happy to see they survived all these years!

Looking forward to hearing what you think! I'll post the results of CGC's grade when I get them back. Thanks for checking these out!

Slight blunting of corners, minor spine stress with multiple color breaking spine ticks, small hole/piece missing on front cover above the "6" in "68", crunched lower right corner of rear cover, small tear(s)/piece missing on outer edge of rear cover, denting on top edge of rear cover, moderate staining/discoloration on rear cover, by the spine on the rear cover is what appears to be stains or creases (?).

The book overall is very nice, however, due to the small tears and pieces missing on the outer edge of rear cover and hole on front cover, pieces missing are not allowed until you hit VG 4.0, "VG 4.0 - As much as a 1/4" triangle can be missing out of the corner or edge; a missing 1/8" square is also acceptable."

There can also be a 1/4" spine split or severe color break. Staples may show minor discoloration. Minor staple tears and a few slight stress lines may be present, as well as minor rust migration. Paper is tan to brown and fairly supple with no signs of brittleness. Minor interior tears at the margin may be present. Centerfold may be loose.
