Yes we can. If these are sent in we will crack them out ourselves before having them sent through the grading process. Please note however the crack-out process does add a few business days (1-5) to the estimated turnaround time for the submission usually. Let us know if you have any other questions!

Yes. The signature MUST be witnessed by CGC.
