My Jim Lee book I sent for his signing was shown as arrived about 5-7 days before the 20th cutoff. Unfortunately it still hasn’t been checked in and I thought that was odd as normally the signings get checked in quickly, especially if the signing date is coming up. Should I be concerned at this point?

Can you please DM me your submission order number as well as the tracking number used to ship us this package so I can review this with our signature series team to get this located in their system? I am sorry for the confusion this has caused. Rest assured we will get this located shortly once I have this info.

Matt it looks like it may have been changed to Nov 10th as the cutoff so I am assuming that means we are ok.
